It was soccer that started me on my journey to becoming a Psychologist. Learning how to harness mental power to improve my performance was a revelation that introduced me to the fascinating field. Understanding the joys playing the sport gave me in all areas in life, and the lows when it was taken away through injury, gave me perspective on the powerful impact small changes can have on our mind, and our life.

In life, when I am not a Psychologist, I enjoy playing soccer, listening to music, and experimenting on the stove with different recipes (to the detriment of my family and friends).
